There are more and more people with back pains, which come from daily habits and sitting life style. Pain is body´s way of asking for help. This Pilates class focuses on getting a strong stomach to support the back. The Pilates strengthening exercises and the nice stretches, gives the spine an opportunity to be long, strong and flexible once again. This class focus is to get a healthy, pain free back, through a painfree and safe workout.
The classes are small with 3-8 people, so there is time for correction and deep focus.
