The class focus is strengthening deep core muscles, that we tend not to be aware of in our daily busy life. Strong core equals healthy and pain free body. The class consists of low paste introduction, where we line up the body correctly. This is followed by more challenging exercises, that get heart rate up. We finish with a nice relaxation at the end, where body and mind can take in all new information from the class. The class is both physically challenging for the body, and a great relaxation for the mind. Your body will thank you for it.

The classes are small with 3-8 people, so there is time for correction and deep focus.
